SUMMARY:Halfway Home Art Exhibit & Auction with the Art League of Hilton Head
DESCRIPTION:Sea Turtle and Oceanic Art Exhibit at Art League Academy\nJuly 21 – 31\, 2026 \nHalfway Home\, a special sea turtle-themed art exhibit\, returns to Art League Academy July 21–31\, 2026\, in partnership with Sea Turtle Patrol HHI. The exhibit features artwork by local artists celebrating the beauty\, vulnerability\, and importance of Hilton Head Island’s beloved sea turtles. \nTwenty percent of all artwork sales and select class tuition will benefit Sea Turtle Patrol HHI and its work protecting sea turtle nests and hatchlings during nesting season. \nVisitors are invited to browse the exhibit\, register for qualifying turtle-themed classes\, and attend the Closing Reception on Friday\, July 31\, from 5–7pm. Artwork buyers and qualifying class registrants will also be entered to win a 3-day\, 2-night stay at any Marriott Vacation Clubs location. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nSupport Sea Turtle Patrol HHI Through Art \n\n\n\nTwenty percent of artwork sales and select class tuition will benefit Sea Turtle Patrol HHI. DESCRIPTION:Stop by the Sea Turtle Patrol table at the 10th Annual Keep the Broad Creek Clean Water Festival\, on July 21st from 5pm to 7pm at Shelter Cove Community Park. This is a free\, family-friendly celebration of our local watershed with Interactive nature displays\, a litter sweep from 5–6 PM (supplies provided!)\, games and activities with Island Rec\, educational booths that highlight clean water\, pollution prevention\, and more. \n“This festival celebrates the deep respect locals and visitors alike have for our natural beauty on HHI and the common desire for sustainability of our vibrant waterways and beaches” states Jean Fruh\, Executive Director of TOF. The Broad Creek tidal salt marsh is a recreational treasure and critical habitat for numerous species of wildlife. Let’s work together to protect them.
